About this course
This two-day intensive training teaches how to develop and coordinate very large and complex systems – e.g., with hundreds of stakeholders in the automotive, medical technology, or industrial sectors – using agile methods. You will acquire advanced Lean-Agile strategies to effectively coordinate portfolios, align complex cyber-physical systems, and seamlessly integrate cross-organizational suppliers. The course is aimed at change agents who work in large solution organizations and lead large organizations to greater agility, as well as SPCs, RTEs and STEs.After the course, you have the option to take an external exam for the SAFe® certificate .

- Formulation and further development of a shared solution vision and roadmap to align all solution developers and external partners across the entire ecosystem towards a common goal.
- Optimizing structures to reduce handovers and delays between multiple ARTs, solution trains, and other value streams
- Establishing a targeted architecture and governance that supports an evolving, enterprise-wide design and ensures technical integrity within the solution ecosystem.
- Coordination of implementation across multiple ARTs and value streams, including strategic suppliers, to ensure predictability and speed through proactive management of cross-organizational dependencies and risks.
- Elimination of common anti-patterns that occur during the development of large-scale solutions
