• 1 SAFe Micro-credential: Facilitated half-day session focusing on techniques that help leaders navigate conflicts that arise in collaborative decision-making 

• 3 SAFe Skills: One-hour self-paced e-learnings that build mastery over flow metrics, help identify and apply flow accelerators, and support the cultivation of high-performing teams 

• 4-hour Learning Lab: Small group session where learners complete case-study-based scenarios to consolidate what they have learned through real-world application

Throughout the learning path, learners will complete various activities to practice and apply knowledge, and the Learning Lab will cumulatively assess all skills gained through scenario-based opportunities for observation.
